Position Title: Business Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines

• Certified in BIM-related fields

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development activities and gather industry information aligned with the company’s strategic goals and project positioning.

• Coordinate with project leads and BIM data production teams to align with client requirements and follow up on project negotiations.

• Promote and communicate BIM technologies with clients and design institutes.

• Assist in resolving technical issues during BIM implementation and provide professional support.

• Participate in quality assurance and progress monitoring of BIM projects.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored BIM solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest developments in BIM technologies and participate in ongoing training and technical seminars.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support product promotions and provide technical consulting services to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in architecture or civil engineering, with hands-on experience in BIM implementation.

• Candidates with existing client resources will be given priority.

• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

• Excellent communication, client service, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely project delivery.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for learning new tools and techniques.

• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and professional integrity.

Position: AI Research and Development Engineer

Location: Hong Kong Science Parks

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust backend systems and core application code to support AI functionalities.

• Analyze project requirements to create and refine prompts, optimizing AI system performance and responsiveness.

• Stay updated with advancements in NLP and large language model, applying insights to solve real-world content intelligence challenges.

• Apply machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing techniques, including GPT and RLHF algorithms, to construct GPT training frameworks.

• Actively engage in learning new technologies and methodologies, fostering innovative solutions and sharing knowledge within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, computer science, or Related discipline.

• At least two years of backend development experience is preferred, with a passion for AI and a willingness to explore new AI tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Langchain, RAG, Transformer, NLP, large language models (LLM), and RLHF is preferred.

• Knowledge of HTTP, RESTFUL standards, and common data structures, with good coding practices.

• Experience with models like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, with local deployment capabilities.

• Understanding of the CHATGPT+ concept, proficiency in MySQL, SQL Server, and experience with Redis or MongoDB is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and excellent communication abilities.
